Happy Holidays!! I just want to thank you for being my Buddy and wish you the best of luck on your Stock Portfolio. The way the market is lately, it can change on an hourly basis. If you read the "About Me" on my Survivor Page, you know that I am in the Income Tax Business. Well, my wife Cathy and I get a great deal of pleasure out of helping people get the largest (legal) refund possible, so we thought we would start a Blog to post some helpful tips and tax information. I have started it off, very slowly, but I am committed to doing better. I would like to invite you to check out our Blog, and if you are interested, just sign up for the posts. You could possibly get some helpful information that could save you a few dollars on your Tax Return. It would also give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you have about your tax situation and we could address those problems or concerns. I assure you, we are not some commercial concern, trying to make a buck. We just love the Income Tax business and would like to help, if you have a problem. The address for our Blog is: www.expresstaxvaldosta.com/blog Again, thanks for being my Buddy. Terry Conley

As you may already know, I have a new project going on (mentioned in the Washington Post) where I am trying to raise $100k that will allow for 1) a live trading account 2) continued benefit for orphans in Ukraine 3) endow another top Wall Sreet Survivor to trade a live $100k account. I want to work for it rather than ask for donations so I started a blog where I publish my best stock trading ideas twice daily and I'm asking my WSS buddies to simply visit my blog. Hopefully you'll click on a Google ad that interests you or use the banner links to make an online Christmas purchase. When you get a chance, can you visit and help me reach this goal soon? Thank you!

Is the market treating you right today?
Wow, 5 handicap - I'm impressed. My favorite golfing game is 3-par. In particular I liked a couple of the courses in Spokane when I lived there 40 decades ago. Also I use to bowl 3 leagues a week, took State when I was 17 - haven't been bowling since 1983, except on-line, due to my spinal condition. Have you tried to go virtual golf, maybe with the new Wii Health/Sports package. I go on line and bowl once in a while. This is one of my favorite sites: http://www.candystand.com/all-games.do. There several golf games here. I think you can just practice puting, or driving - there are courses on the dessert, mountains, famous greens where they have television golf tournaments. You can do the front 9 or the back 9 or play 18. There's even garden golf, which I play my grandkids and they have the most exhasperating difficult put put courses. I can only beat 1 of my grandchildren now, because she is only 3, but the rest of my grandkids beat me and love every minute of it and so do I. I know it's not the same as being out there physically, but its better than nothing. I haven't tried it yet, but I really want to try bowling with the Wii. As for medication, I got you beat. I take over 70 pills and at 4 times a day, I got you beat. Have a nice Sunday and stay in the green,

Hi Boz. What is your investment strategy? What stocks do you like right now? I'm having a hard time finding value in this market.
Hi Boz, I hope you don't mind my questions if you do, just say you don't want to answer them. One my friend's husband had a stroke affecting the whole right side of his body. You said your stroke happened in 1999. Did your stroke affect your leg too, in other words was it your whole side? How much improvement have you had, if any, since your stroke. Also, my friend's husband had a heart attack about 6 weeks after the stroke while he was in the Convalescent Home. Did you also have any kind of a cardio event after your stroke. My step-father had a stroke and he was totally paralyzed from it. Even though his eyes were open, the doctor (who was his friend from grade school & high school and his Saturday morning golf partner) told us that he didn't think he knew where he was, or who any of us were, and that we should disconnect all life support, including his feeding tube. The worst part was the doctor said it will take between 5-10 days for him to pass on. This was one of the most traumatic events in my life, trying to help my mother make this decision, especially since his brother and sister didn't agree with his friend/doctor. Oh brother, what a tear-jerker this was. This was back in the mid-80's. Have a really great weekend, at least the weather is going to be a lot better than last weekend. I thought I was going to have a heat stroke Saturday. Also, thank you for being in the Military and for your part in protecting America's Freedom.
Wow thanks for the info. I will study it this weekend and give it a try probably Tuesday. I think I will sell most of my positions, except for my big loser (PDO) this weekend. I think the loss is about $1,700. I left the house this morning to go to the Pain Clinic for a status review & then to a warm water physical therapy pool (Pure Heaven) and didn't have time to look at what the market was doing. I have been gone all day. I figure Monday will be a sell-off day to recapture some gains, my timing isn't the best, but who knows. I remember the Star Trek - Gary Seven Episode. That was the episode that Terri Garr had a cameo appearance and I immediately knew she was going to be a good entertainer. Too bad her career got cut short by MS.
