I have been right with you, was long on all my old favorites, gaining a little every day. Letting them ride overnight. Steadily looking for signs of it turning but as you said no major trends.
Sold everything this morning, licking my wounds and jumped to some ultra etfs.Will look to clear out before closing.

Had some success with the positive movement last week. Started positions in some stocks that had good fundamentals but have been beaten down in the last six months.Stayed with the momentum from the big names.
If this is the Obama effect I am surprised, thought it would be slow until inaugration an maybe continue the first 100 days.

Hey Happy New year! I just reset my account so I can start to test my oil strategy on Monday. This is a great platform to test on.

 Most of the markets are close or past the recent resistance levels. I just go with the trend and try to be prepared for any possible scenario since price is the only thing that pays.  Good Luck!
