As you may already know, I have a new project going on (mentioned in the Washington Post) where I am trying to raise $100k that will allow for

1) a live trading account 

2) continued benefit for orphans in Ukraine 

3) endow another top Wall Sreet Survivor to trade a live $100k account.

I want to work for it rather than ask for donations so I started a blog where I publish my best stock trading ideas twice daily and I'm asking my WSS buddies to simply visit my blog.  Hopefully you'll click on a Google ad that interests you or use the banner links to make your online Christmas purchases.

Logout & login often to be ranked & stay eligible for prizes

Weekly Prize Eligibility Rule: To be eligible for weekly prizes, you must login at least once between Saturday 12:00AM – Friday 4:00PM. If you do not login, your ranking for the week will be ZERO and you’ll not show up on weekly rankings page. Additionally, your Starting Portfolio Value for the week must be minimum $25,000.

Monthly Prize Eligibility Rule: To be eligible for monthly prizes, you must login at least once during the month. Required: To make sure that you are being picked up correctly as "logged in" – make sure to logout and login again more often.

Ok.
This is my advice, in my opinion is not sufficient with look at yahoo finance and finance sites.You need to make some technical analysis to know where is the stock too, only with this your performance will go up.
The best for you, and I can answer every question what you want, but my own performance is not excellent until now.

May be we can change tips.
First I check the indexes D.Jones, S ans Poor etc.
I check the direction of the market, then I look for stocks what are going in this direction.
In this game I only trade for minutes looking for 10 to 20 cents of utility.

I play the market watching Google Finance quotes...I watch for companies that are near (or near) their 52 week lows and then buy...most of the time they work out..NOW you are one of 2 that know what I do =)
