How do you all find your stocks? (Real life)

The game is one thing, but I would like to know what those of you in the top 10 or 20 use to find your stock picks. Do you have a paricular stock service or stock screener software? I need to make some real money, not just money at this game. Thanks.

SIRF DID ANYONE GET CAUGHT WITH THIER PANTS DOWN ON THAT ONE???
