  • Re: Real Unemployment Rate 17.5%

The government hasnt done anything and the banks arent doing anything to help small business. They went and helped their wall street banker buddies first and now they are just giving hot air to the small business and jobs problem.

  • Re: Beware Swine Flu Vaccination

There just isnt any trust anymore. We consumers have been lied to just too many times. Big pharma says vaccines are safe and needed, well they've said that about a lot of things over the years. Diet pills for one thing. Here is an article about more than 50% of Americans dont want the flu vaccine. Poll: Majority of adult Americans ...

  • Re: Real Unemployment Rate 17.5%

Barbara, I really dont know. I dont think jobs going overseas can be blamed that much on the terrible job market right now. I know a lot of people out of work now, and their job loss has nothing to do with overseas jobs. The job losses I know about are just from a lack of work. Businesses are just not doing any work at all, which spreads to all ...

  • Re: Beware Swine Flu Vaccination

The thought behind vaccines is different now than it used to be. It is now just like all the other drugs they bring on the market. Most of them with terrible side effects and then pulled off the shelves a few years later. Pharma companies will be bringing out vaccines for every imaginable thing soon. They have it made, now you are a typhod Mary if ...

Jewdarkis wrote "how do taking vitamins help to prevent genetic disease, cancer, tuberculosis, flu, etc".... They do a lot preventing all disease. By boosting the immune system they fight off all disease. When I was a kid we all got the TB and polio vaccines and not many more. I think today by the age of 8 kids have something like 69 ...

Here is what the rules say about that: 17. Exercising Options - In-the-money options that remain on account at expiration will be sold off at their intrinisc value. Out-of-the-money and at-the-money options will expire worthless. To exercise an option, users must contact customer support. I didnt realize it was that like that. And tomorrow is ...

  • US has $700B and doesnt know what to do with it

Such a problem to have. The US has $700 billion it didnt expect to have and doesnt know what to do with it. Pay down the debt or use it to help jobs and small business and the housing market. Paying down the debt is always good, that would halve it. Helping jobs and small businesses survive would be smart. But I think the housing market ...

  • Re: Federal Stimulus Funds Earmarked For More Than 10,000 Transportation Projects

What Ive been reading locally, this whole story is a huge lie ! In Colorado, the numbers of actual people hired was far lower than the government said. On road projects, it was said for the numbers to be true, there had to be something like 1200 people working per job, and that certainly isnt and wasnt true.

  • Re: How to handle this..

You should always have an exit point to take out the emotional part, the thinking part and all that. You should always have a loss point that you just sell, no reasoning or thinking. The market was really up today, for not much of a reason. Since you are holding in with this loss, usually the market goes down considerable after an up day like ...
