Mr Biegler is correct Barb. It doesn't take a "Manhattan Project" or weeks and months in this case to fix the glitch. But this is pretty much par for the course with WSS. However i have to say that having won a few times on here, i did eventually get my prizes, though it took a number of E-mails and once or twice a call from me..to get it done.
