Hi

I shorted ZOOM and wanted to cover today when they converted to ZOOMD. While I was on my iphone, I didn't know this, so I tried to cover all my shares of ZOOM and it actually BOUGHT ZOOMD instead! I thought there was some glitch so I did the process again... Now I have 2x the amount of ZOOMD shares I am currently trying to cover.

 Is there any way an admin can remove my ZOOMD shares and cover the ZOOM shares? I made a huge profit off shorting but now its disintegrating! I am playing in a competition for my business class and my rank in my competition (#1 right now) is really important to me.

UPDATE!!! Myshort position on all my ZOOM shares have disappeared!! I lost 20+k. ALSO, I had to sell half my shares of ZOOMD that were glitched bought because the stock was sinking. The other half disappeared, the BUY amount was subtracted from my cash but I no longer see the shares in my open positions page. What is going on? Who can I contact? I need an email address, not a broken PHP email support page.

I had that happen to me a while back..and the answer I got from support at that time was if I didn't have any triggers set that there wasn't much that they could do. Maybe it's different now..

 my "Current Value" is now fixed. It's at 116k but it should seriously be 120k+ if the game didn't glitch buy $40k worth of falling shares. I don't mind this.

However, my cash still isn't fixed. I got rid of all my open positions today (still don't know what happened to my ZOOM short positions) and my cash balance is only at $90,010.37 when I am at $116k Current Value.
