    Glitches

    I am starting this Post in a way to help WSS when glitches happen.Please only post an actual glitch with as much info you can provide. and please try to troubleshoot the problem to insure your PC's cookies or your browser are all working properly.sometimes all it takes is to restart the PC.Hopefully this discussion stays empty

    When you are in the forums area and you click on the community button at the top of the screen you are only given the option of four forums. To get to other forums you need to first back out of the forums area and then the community button gives you a "forums" option which will then lead to all the forums. ..................................... When you insert rows (start a new paragraph) in a posting, it doesn't show that way on your actual entry after posting it.

    Update:  This glitch has been fixed.

    the forum disappears once you leave it for one and secondly the pages will not refresh once you type.

    In the watchlist, the links to trade and the stock quote don't work. I get an http error.

    the page refresh works for me.

    dont seem to be able to contact support. i tried sending several messages about not recieving my winnings of the Bullseye jackpot game in which on June 4th i correctly picked the closing price.

    It didnt seem that my messages were sent , the page basically just refreshed with my message still in the comment box.

    Anyone else seeing doubles on their portfolios today? Like I have 80 apple, and it's showing it 2-3 times. Same with owning google.

    Is there a compatability problem with Vista and the forums now at WSS?

    My other computer uses Vista and I am unable to do any formatting of my posts, I can't copy from word processors or spreadsheets and paste it here.  I can't bold, underline, add smilies Tongue Tied...

    Why can I do that with one computer, but not a Vista computer?

    I'm having trouble as well using Vista and forums. They loaded strangely before I hit the compatability feautre on IE.

    Logged in this morning and boom!  My real-time quotes are gone.  It says I need to upgrade.  I subscribed and paid for real-time quotes on 9/4 and had them before the changes.  I tried emailing support but the form doesn't work, is not sent.  I also can't find any other way to contact support on the site.

    Has anyone else experienced this or maybe knows how to contact a real person.

    Try WSS Admin's wall? I heard it wasn't working recently though, so that might not even work...

    having most of the same glitches mentioned in the previous posts.I also noticed with my new PC has vista and I also dont have certain features in the forums now.----------------------------------------It seems WSS was way on top of things and now its like they went on vacation.

    Well, here it is day 3 with no real-time quotes.  Not a happy camper.  I hate to pay for something and then have it disappear with no way to contact support. 

    Hope this is not a sign of things to come.

    Unable to sell ZOOM.  So I bet you cant too.

    Converts to ZOOMD but my stock account shows no symbol change as yet....
