How do you think a major break out of this flu will effect the stock market ? How Bad dose it scare you ? will you get the shot when it comes out next month ? ........ I think it could have a very bad effect on the stock market and yes it dose scare me and NO I will not get the shot or let my kids get it .

 basically health is wealth. if one gets sick, nothing gets much worse than that. it could affect every aspect in his life including his work/career... and that will have a ripple effect... which i guess would also affect the stock market.

 

 

If H1N! kills close to 100,000 people like they suggest the stock market would plummet. Remember that H1N1 has b een around for a long time and a similar prediction was made in the late 50's I believe.  Nothing happened,

there are companies who funded research and sell the vaccine. For example, small cap company called VICL. Check the ticker it went up so bad after the recent news about the flu came about. I dont recommend buying it now, but I bet there are many other companies who have not risen.

I bought 3M (MMM) just because they make the masks that people wear . I made a nice profit off of MMM today ! Then those darn profit takers came along and the stock dropped .

 There are those that died from H1N1 because there was no vaccine, I would rather learn from there passing and get the vaccine then gamble on not becoming one of those stats.

With every vaccine there are those who will have a reaction, but for the overall population it most likely will save lives.

If we had the attitude of today, polio, small pox, measles and many other diseases we get vaccinated for would still be claiming lives.

It's very sad that our society believes all the garbage on TV, radio and the net preaching that this is bad or that will bring harm to you by people who don't have a clue about medicine and preach BS to sell advertising.

Don't believe the garbage on tv or in the press (controlled media) except in isolated cases such as certain history channel programs which actually tell the truth sometimes. some on talk radio lie and some tell the truth and will let you tell the truth......Keep calling.

 Ninja, you have been reading to much of Mr Magoos crap. All the points you cited are pure fantasy, if you believe any one of those points may I suggest that you see someone in you mental health community and get some medication ASAP.

Have you researched any of the above points? I doubt it. If you had you would be able to read articles written by numerous doctors such as Dr. Russel Blaylock, Dr. Anders Brunn Laursen, Dr. Laibows, Dr. Mercola and many more. Do you have the same training and expertise as them?  Unlikely

Most of the articles Mr Magoo posts are credible as are the websites he gets them from. Read the one titled: Eighteen Reasons Why You Should Not Vaccinate Your Children Against The Flu This Year.

We have immune systems for a reason. When a virus (vaccine) is injected into your body it bypasses your immune system.

If the FDA approves a vaccination, it's generally going to be safe.

Generally ....... is not good enough for me , this is to new of a vaccinantion , No one knows for sure yet . Look at all the drugs that have been out there for years and are now being taken off the market . I just think the risk is to high .

Saw an 8 year old girl died from the vaccine just last week.  There are several households in my neighborhood that have the swine flu as we speak, all seem to have weathered it well.
