Rules
The Wall Street Survivor forums have grown tremendously over the last year
and we thank all of you for being a part of our growing community.
In order to keep the forums running well and to prevent future problems, please
read the following rules. If you have any questions or problems, please feel
free to contact WSS Admin.
By use of the Wall Street Survivor Forums, you implicitly agree to
the following rules and regulations. Failure to abide by these rules will
result in the suspension of your access to this forum.
Rules:
1. While
we encourage debate and heated discussions, we will not tolerate rude,
insulting, or sexually explicit posts. We want the Forum to be welcoming to
people of all ages, genders, races, and sexualities. Therefore, we will not
tolerate threatening posts that contain personal attacks (racial, religious,
sexual preference or gender oriented) or inflammatory posts. (n.b. Simply using politically incorrect
words like "faggot" or “***” or "***" may or may not be
cause for post deletion and account access restrictions based on the context of
the sentence. For example, if these words were used to describe offensive slurs,
the user may not be banned. This rule is completely, 100% subjective and is
based on the moderator reading the post at the time. Use at your own peril!!!) Our
decision is final in these matters.
2. Please
do not post meaningless threads, one word (or short) posts, simply for the
purpose of earning Loyalty Points.
3. Spamming,
as described by unsolicited advertisements, referral programs, chain letters,
pyramid schemes, are also viewed as inappropriate on the Wall Street Survivor
forums and will not be tolerated. This content will be deleted immediately.
4. Discussion
of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual
property violations are not allowed.
5. While
we are quite happy to have constructive comparative conversations about
competitors products, we will not tolerate blatant ads or linking schemes. You
cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a
referral.
6. Even
though this is an international forum, if you post in a language other than
English, please also post an English translation for others to read.
7. Also
while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate
everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem
appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
Although the administrators and moderators of The Wall Street Survivor
discussion forums will attempt to keep all messages that violate the above
rules of this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. You agree
that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages and not The
Wall Street Survivor.
Forum Abuse Policy:
