Research the stock price trend on "askstockguru.com". Not only does the site show professional stock graphs, but lets you know the company's fundamentals and strength of the stock as far as being bullish or bearish.

All you have to do is type in the stock's ticker symbol and click "go." Might as well sign up, it's completely free to use. You can also get company research analysis.

look for stocks that are paying out very high, look at the history and then short then. What goes up must come down and especially in this market.

morningstar usually has some decent analysis if you don't have much time.
