Yep, those are the contest rules. You must be talking about The Starter Porfolios.....The difference between the risky and regular portfolio's are stocks that WSS have pre picked for that account. The risky stocks are stocks that have been unpredictable in the market. The regular (fair and Balanced) are stocks that have proven to be stable in the Market. Your best bet is to take a starter portfolio and learn how the trading works, then sell the stocks and add your own after you research different sectors. Good Luck!
