I'm sorry but is this not the very same phrase that, just a few years ago, some liberal athiest, in California wanted removed from the Pledge of Alliegance? It seems these phrases are used by the Dems, lefties, liberals, only when it suits them. Their liberal lefty population will die off their small plot soon, since they have the right to choose and kill a human life before it is born. To qoute Morton Downey JR. " if you can spread the l$g, you can carry the egg".I do believe it was also the Clinton administration that legalized partial birth abortion which is literally infanticide.

its because the yellowcake topic has been covered on 3 different occasions since i've been on this site, appx 6 months. excuse me if i think its being beaten like a dead horse. its too bad they deleted the old politics forum, itd have been nice to let newer people catch up so we dont have to cover the same topics 5+ times.

If you read the reply I made to sky, it was humor, I agree with you on the checks & balances, but what I said about this post compared to the wmd posts is truly annoying. the response to a tongue in cheek post compared to the lack of response to a serious post is alarming, the thought that iraq had 500 metric tons of yellowcake and a wacky dictator should cause a lot more fear than the hundreds of posts on global warming, cooling, flavour of the day. Russia has a lot of unemployed scientists from the cold war that know how to refine it...so what is worse, a goofy post about splitting the country or a mushroom cloud over nyc, dc, la, atlanta?? enough rant. no, he is absolutely right. its what i was saying when i posted that this was retarded and an example of divisive politics. ixixy is absolutely on point. iceman, you and your buddies would fail miserably on their own, just as the lefties would. if you honestly believe that you could run a country on a purely republican or democratic belief system, you've got significantly bigger problems than previously thought. the fact is that both sides need eachother.

You can make nice with Iran , Palestine , and France , and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protestors. When our allies or way of life are under assault, we'll provide them job security.

You're going to have to replace all the signs and traffic lights yourself, however. Or just plow through the intersections at will... you're king of the road now!

I think this is good for all involved. You can live free, unfettered by the social baggage of a national weather service, transportation safety commision, board of health, public schools, and all those other commie programs. you're on, You can keep the cops in lefty land as they are probably too corrupt to make it in righty land. as far as leasing your electric cars, how will you get them to us their range is at best two hundred fifty miles and with your wind turbine farms not on the grid in any number, maybe you should hang on to them, it will beat walking to the soup line. Our gas hogging hummers & suvs should be running fine on the leaded premium gas produced from our western oil fields and processed in our western refineries. up north, hope you have a lot of artic clothing as the majority of gas wells are also ......oh they are out here too.Coal for your power plants...nope here too!! I have heard about the super highway a few times on the national news but you don't hear too much about it anymore.
