Happy New year Barb ! I am now single once more after 20 years and I am very happy about that ! Uncle Sam is now taking way to much of my hard earned money and April 15 th will be no fun at all either . My daughter just got a job and my son is still working at the same place for almost a year now and has been promoted 3 times . I hurt my neck at work a few weeks ago and I can hardly wait to get back to work . This sitting around is so boring and driving me nuts !

Corky, good for you. Everyone making less than 1 million a year needs a big tax cut not more and more state tax and fee increases that is for sure.

I was in Wal-Mart the other day and I walked up to a young and lovely woman and said, "I've lost my wife in here somewhere. Can you talk to me a couple of minutes?" The woman looks puzzled. "Why talk to me?", she asks. "Because every time I talk to a woman that looks like you, my wife appears out of nowhere."

The Boss of our small company was complaining during a staff meeting that people didn't respect him enough. Trying to change the attitude in the office he came in the next day with a sign for his door it said, I am the boss. One of the employees apparently not appreciating the change posted a post-a-note on the sign it said, "your wife wants her sign back."
