Feb 2012 Contests

I'm sure there is a February contest up already, but I can't find a link under My Contests or anywhere else, to sign up. Help please! it is like this every month. May I suggest a front page link the first week of every monthly contest? Also I used to get an email to let me know of a new monthly contest, no longer get those. Was not a bad idea. Someone please let me know where I can sign up. Thanks
