I've heard that a lot of schools have closed due to h1n1 on the news but never from people.
Parents need to know how to keep their kids immune systems strong. First of all, NO SUGAR! and limit the carbs. Vitamins C, D and probiotics (I buy plain yogurt and sweeten it with honey or maple syrup) will help boosting the immune system. Exercise is also very important, washing hands often, coughing/sneezing in the elbow.
