They are about as bad as some rag magazine at the grocery store anymore. Art Cashen though, who I usually think knows what he is talking about has been talking about big correction soon.

The markets are being manipulated by the funds.
if they feel they have made a bottom they will get back in.
they cant afford to stay out of the markets.
It may be possible that the big funds that were too cautios had to make some moves at the end of the quarter. Crammer talked about this at the end of last quarter and again at the end of this quarter. Last quarter we had roughly a 6% drop immediatly after and then full reccovery after that. Thats what I'm watching for, big gains to be made if I am correct. 90% cash right now.
