**wakes from a restful slumber**
Yeah, I was behind bars, and it was my choice. Pay a fine, or serve a few days in jail. Since I didn't have the funds, well, let's just say 'Contempt of Court' is NOT a good thing; Avoid it at all costs!
Now that I'm back, let the brain-pain continue:
Me: "Just use the keyboard to make your words appear on the screen."
Guest: "This is fun!"
Me: "Yes, I'm sure it is! Now please make your statement."
Guest: "Hi there! I am..."
Me: "No names, please, let them guess."
Guest: "Oh, I get it now! I'm an answer!"
Me: "Yeah, make it interesting, ok?"
Guest: "Sure, can I start now?"
Me:"Please do."
Guest: "Hi there! Every one of you have run into my name in one form or another. Some of my name's forms may be familiar to you, and others might catch you off guard! Let me see if I can tell you about some of them, without actually telling you what they are:
Guest: "There are over 20 uses of my name in various tasks around the world. I can be thin or thick, wide or narrow, red or white or blue or many other colors, including black. Some are used in schools, some in hospitals, some on stage, some by farmers and I think even the astronauts use my name sometimes.
Guest: "Sometimes my name can be a hassle, other times my name can be quite the boon. Some of my name's forms are used in marking an object or location. A few of the ways my name is used aren't actually describing me, but that they hold my name, or are involved with my name somehow. Still others use my name describing a precise use for my name."
Me: "What about your name's origins?"
Guest: "Oh that's a tough question to answer! Some of the uses for my name are so old, Moses could have even been involved! Others are more recent, as the world advanced, so did I."
Me: "Can you tell us the most common use of your name?"
Guest: "Well I could, I suppose, but much would be given away if I did that. Let's just say the entertainment industry and much of computer technology would be in trouble without my name. Why even a Tiffany lamp has use of my name somewhat!"
Me: "Can you give one more piece of information before we have to go?"
Guest: "Sure. Sometimes my name is used in sewing or tailoring."
Me: "That's good! Thank you, and I'll call on you again if necessary, ok?
Guest: "My pleasure!"
NOW comes the fun part! If you think you know who my "Guest" is, then from the over 20 uses of his name, give me five(5) examples! JUST the name of my "Guest" will not work, we need to be SURE you know who my "Guest" is!
