  We agree that we have freedom of religion which is good.What the Founding Fathers did not want is religious or government oppression.We have had government oppression for a long time and are in a similar situation we were in before the American Revolution.They were fighting against the money controllers and taxers and bankers more than any one person or king.They wanted to get rid of the powerhungry oppressors like the ones who have been ruining our country and the world for a long time now.They  infiltrate and destroy from within.

Seperation of Church and State means that the State will not be allowed to stick their noses into any Churches beliefs no matter what religion, there you get the statement Freedom of RELIGION, that doesn't mean the State could not follow or be influenced by it, read the Constitution and then tell us how many times God isn't mentioned. And unlike you're commie butt Seti, the Deists believed there is A God without attaching any single man made religion to Him.

And you left out the real intent of the passage. Its Freedom from religion and its dogma that the founders were really concerned about.. This isn't just my opinion ....just the historical fact. Actually Seti, I did not forget. (I am surprised you would say that) And that is exactly correct. I have said this over and over referencing the church and state argument. Most were escaping to here for some form of freedom.

  Seti,RIGHT NOW we have an oppressive religious dogmatic government.The reality of our current situation is that there are atheists AND religious   (not Christian)  zealots in control of our government,and NOW they can pass whatever evil oppressive legislation they want to.Here's what they want to do.They want to track and tax you in your car with MANDATORY GPS.They want to get into your home and control your thermostat(and what else?).They want to exploit you and make money off of you.They want to do a lot of other EVIL things to CONTROL and USE YOU.The controllers do not care about you or me.Their intent is malevolent.

  People came to America to get away from oppression,now we have the WORST OPPRESSION EVER and it will get worse.
