Unless someone stops it, Wall Street is cooking up a plot to profit from your death. To be fair, Wall Street is hardly the first to think of this -- life insurance companies have been doing it for years. But Wall Street's new twist is that it wants to do what it did with sub-prime mortgages to bundle up wagers on the dates that thousands of life insurance policyholders will die.

And thanks to a new kind of ratings agency which will attest to the safety of its new product, the New York Times reports that Wall Street sees a $500 billion opportunity to convince institutions to buy this latest investment concoction. That is? securitizing life settlements -- paying a life insurance policy holder a portion of their death benefit while they're still alive.

WSSax......oh please, it's a stock but there is irony there.

The sports forum has been left unscathed, among others, with it's lack of stock talk and yet here we are informed that we must stop posts that are not the stock market, busines and or economic issues.  Is it a select few that must cooperate with WSS and the forums they requested be created or have they simply run out of time to go though each and every forum topic?

Thinking about buying RIMM.  So that's what is in my thoughts.

Great point! And who's to say that someone's disturbing thought may not be someone else's idea for an investment.

I just posted a reply Seti and it was deleted immediately some how.  My wife has had several posts deleted and received threatening emails from WSS and still other forums continue unscathed.  I find no page that states all forums must be stock and trade related and yet here we are still with just some being chased through the forum scene and not all.  I read in another forum a serious threat to remove the person from WSS if they did not cease.  What the hell is going on?  It took me awhile to join in the forums when first I began to learn.  Now that I have discovered perhaps I should not have if this is the new outlook on their patrons.

THAT is my random disturbing thought today.  (let us see if this gets deleted as well)

Another post deleted today for frivilous and yet the jokes continue with WSS and the deleters within these joke forums with their comments and yet their's are not frivilous.  Just another random disturbing thought today.

All abusers will be given attention, at this time the greatest violators are being addressed first.

Define "violators" and while you're at it violations as you, WSS have made comments, positive comments in the jokes forums which yet remains frivilous and unrelated to stock trades while others are being deleted and receiving your comments about our off topic talk not being about stocks and trades.  A double standard to be certain.  As well you have "deputies" who are posting within forums that have not all to do with stocks and trades and yet they're allowed and they're not deleted either.  Explain once and for all what determines a forums worth if it does not pertain as you have stated to stocks.  Explain why policitcal forums, jokes forums and such are allowed and our random disturbing thoughts are not.  You been asked by many though out many forums where these "rules" are and no one can find them.  You've been reminded by those YOU sought out to create forums to keep people coming to your site that you claim you make no money from and yet we all realize you do and when these people created the forums you allowed it and encouraged it in the beginning.  Where within your website rules does it state what is and what is not allowed other then no dirty or vulgar names?  You have been asked by many and no one has found your answer yet.  Is political talk to be locked out as the music forum was since it does not relate to stock trading?  Is the late night crew being shut down as well?  How about the sports talk, how does that tie into trading stocks?  So if you are going to shut one down then shut them all down or leave the people to their chat about all topics but you cannot state it is to be one way and not follow through will all others in the same manner.  I await the answer to the question within yet again.

SO TELL ME WHAT "BENEFIT" THERE IS IN THE SPORTS FORUM AS WELL AS ANY OTHER THAT DOES NOT SOLELY DISCUSS STOCK TRADES.
