yes....you should be able to write a detailed email to wss explaining the situation as you have done here....remember however, that there are thousands of traders on this site ....so don't expect an immediate response...especially since this is friday....and this may be a more complicated situation....they get tons of emails....some are validate like yours and some are trader errors....and each one has to be given the same carefully thought and time...so be patient and they will get to you....you haven't lost you money.....it is just in wss limbo.....we have all been there.....but they are very good at working things out.....hang in there Neil.....
