    Weekly Newsletter - August 1st

     Congrats to the Winners!!

Wall Street Survivor: Where Great Traders Begin

When will the Bear Market end? When will the pain stop? When can I go long banks and financials? This is what all Survivors want to know.

To know the answer, all you need is some patience and the ability to spot a change in the primary trend.

Take a look at the chart below of the Dow Jones Industrial average from the last year and a half and you will clearly see that the trend has been down for at least the last nine months:

    Dow Jone Average

And the market will continue to go down until the upper boundary of the downward sloping channel is broken decisively. This is exactly what happened after the the 2001-2002 Bear market:

    2001 Bear Market

After the bear market down-trend was decisively broken in 2003, the stock market performed very strongly with the Dow gaining about 6,000 points, or 75% from the Bear low in October 2002 to the Bull high in October 2007.

    Hot Stocks!

Last week, a sharp decline in oil caused a revival of the once dead airline stocks, led by US Airways (LLC) and United Airlines (UAUA). These companies handsomely rewarded the top Survivors who went long and bought.

THANKS FOR THE NEWSLETTER.  I'VE TRIED TO FIGURE OUT THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND IT.  DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE YOUR OWN SITE TO ADVERTISE?  I'VE READ WHAT IT SAYS AND STILL I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT.
