First Solar Inc. Is Rising Sharply After Q2 Report

This should bode well for all Solar stocks tomorrow!

(RTTNews) - First Solar Inc. (FSLR) reported second quarter EPS of $0.85 after the close Wednesday, compared to the consensus estimate of $0.58. The stock is now trading higher by 17.81 on 956K shares.

First Solar traded to the upside for the bulk of Wednesday afternoon and closed higher by 7.43 at $285.00. The stock closed near the upper end of over a 2-month trading range.
