adding comments about a stock

how do we add comments about stocks? either I don't know how to do it or it's not working...

OH THATS EASY JUST TELL EVERYBODY WHAT HAPPEND 2 U WITH THAT STOCK,, & U'LL GET A RESPOUND FROM SOMEBODY....& IT MITE B ME...HAVE A GOOD 1..
