Dr Zira:I dropped a light down the shaft James, and it just kept falling. the bottom is not in sight. The bulls give a little push every now and then thinking they are getting some bargains. The bargains can be had in September at the earliest. Until then we,ll just keep having rallies every time a little good news is released.
I agree.......do not be fooled by the recent upswing we have had in the markets. I still see a lot of downside pressures, especially due to the prolonged credit and housing crisis. Therefore, take advantage of the upside to take profits, and then wait for the stocks to become cheaper when the markets go down. However, the best way to play this is not to sell all of your stocks at one time, but to do it bit by bit, and also add to your positions bit by bit when the stocks get cheap. That way, you can hedge against your losses, and be able to make good gains when the markets go up, with minimal risk to your investment portfolio.
