Do you get a lot of snow in the higher elevations? Looking for cooler temps, but NO snow in the winter...Is there a place like this in Arizona?

I can live with 50-30 I would love it there. You know it is said that the dryer climates is good for Arthritis and joint ailments. Here in Missouri it is damp but we get green grass. Yelp I would rather buy some though. Yikes, lol
