I dunno. I remember when Reggie White was leaving the Eagles and the fans held pep rally's to keep him in Philly. Once he was gone, people moved on. That's not to say any one was ok with it. Of course it involved an owner, Norman Brayman who was too cheap to resign him. He basically let him shop his services to the whole NFL eventually settling in Green Bay. It was the right choice for him as he went on to win a world championship. I know Brett Farve is like a god in Green Bay, but I think they need to decide if it may be time to enter a new era or not. I beleive they have already made that decision and just wish Brett would go away. Of course that's not going to happen.
By the way. I'm pretty sure when this is all said and done and if he does move to another team, it sure isn't going to be any team in Green Bay's division. I have a feeling the Packers are secretly trying to get what they can in draft picks by trading him out of the conference. Can you imagine him coming into Lambeau field as a rival Viking, Bear or Lion?? That would be a huge mistake on the Packers part...
