Re: WHAT'S EVERYBODY DOING ON THE 4TH OF JULY

Well, Im 26 and live in a house my adoptive parents bought for all the family children to stay in while we go to the University of Sacramento (im currently Going Active Army now, 82nd Airborne baby,) and they just surprised with, "Well you need to clean this and that and detail this cause were having about 30 people over for 4th of july, SUPRISE!!!" Im like wow, I have 3 days to detail what 2 other college Bratts wont clean (my lazy roomates). Well i cant complain about them wanting to party here. I have home made Beer on tap (Have Hops growing in the backyard), a pool table, horseshoe pit, Wine cellar (built the cellar and made the wine), Home made sauasage, and  other stuff. And to think I just Quit my Career making 80k at the family Ford dealership (Which is still making profit, only due to the fact the Fleet service center pays the overhead) to serve my country. I will miss this Civilian life, but for  4th of july it will be great to see this whole family and friends whom brought me into their family when i was a little street runt. Im willing to sacrifice my life for those who are too spoiled in American culture to serve. Instead they complain about bringing us home, even though We Soldiers have volunteered to fight this war knowing the sacrifices we are making for all of you. How about America remembers what American is about. We Created this Amazing Country by winning wars, not losing them.  HAPPY 4th OF JULY EVERYONE.

My husband has to work Friday and Saturday (which I think it should be against the law for anyone to be open on the Fourth!!) so that puts a real damper on things.  My kids really want to go see fireworks, but it is just too late and especially if my husband has to be at work at 5:00 a.m. the next morning.  But we will have our usualy family picnic on Friday afternoon.  I think there are a couple of parades in the area this evening we may look into if the weather stays nice, which I think it is supposed to for today, but turn yucky for Friday.

My brother and his wife are coming in from out of town (moms only son, so she's really happy whenever he comes here) my two sisters and brother in law neices and nephews, mom and dad (who are both spry in their 8o's) are all converging on my house for a cookout first, several events are taking place in Detroit that we'll be going to...whew that's just the beginning, of a long week of stuff, but it's making me tired just thinking about it.  LOL

Seriously, it is always a pleasure to be with family and friends even more so when you have something real and tangible to appreciate.

America with all of her disfunctions, is still the best place in the world to live and thrive.

MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AMERICA AND KEEP US STRONG!

Well on the 4th we have to start getting ready to go on vacation.  We are leaving te 6th.  Mowing the lawn weed eat pack the van.  Make sure the cats are taken care of.  All that last minute stuff you have to do before leaving for a week.  The little one probably wont like the fireworks so we havent been to see them in 3 years but hopefully we try with him in a couple more years.  I hope you all ave a wonderful 4th and a  green week while Im away sitting at a campground not thinking about the stock market and wondering if Im going to have a grren day or not.  I hope to come home refreshed ready to make some monopoly money on here.
