I read just this week that computers being sold in the market will no longer offer the option of having Windows XP installed that all new computers will come pre-loaded with Vista.  If there are so many problems with it, that does not sound like a good move to me!  I think they should get the bugs worked out before taking away the option of Windows XP versus Vista.

I haven't had any problems with it other than it bogs down my computer, which is partially my fault because I only have 1G of ROM...I'm sure if I add another (my computers limit) it would help.  But I'm holding out to get a larger HD as well.

All things being equal, if you're not dealing alot in video graphics Vista is pretty much a waste of time, in my opinion.

vista uses up about .5 gb of ram just for the program itself so yea unless you have more then 2 gbs of ram vista is really useless, other hand graphics wise vista did step things up over XP i deal with photoshop cs3 extended and dreamweaver web designing programs all the time and they actually run a lot better on vista then they did on XP
