I WOULD LOVE TO SEE TANGY.  CALL WALGREENS AND ASK THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM.  THEY SEEM VERY REASONABLE AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO HELP YOU.  JUST LIKE YOU I LOVE ALL THE ANIMALS AND THEIR PICTURES.  WE HAVE ONE MIXED DOG NAMED PRECIOUS.  SHE'S AN AWESOME DOG.  WE STARTED OUT WITH FOUR DOGS  PORCHI, CHIA, BRUTUS AND PRECIOUS BUT THREES OF THEM HAVE PASSED ON BUT WE STILL HAVE PRECIOUS AND I JUST LOVE HER TO PIECES.

    Re: PEOPLE & PETS

We had four dogs and a cat.  But one dog died in February, so now we have three dogs and a cat.  Sunny was the first dog I ever owned (a Jack Russell Terrier), even though he was my husband's dog.  My husband misses him a lot, but that darn dog was not very nice to me!  He thought that when my husband was not home, he was in charge!   I am a cat person and have learned to tolerate the dogs, but my husband finally relented last year and let us get a kitten.  We have had so much fun watching that cat play and chase the dogs, etc.

I did have my cat's picture posted one time, but have never gotten any really good pictures of the dogs.  My kids are always taking pictures of the dogs, but they never turn out all that great.  And I could NEVER get one of the the four animals all together, especially since one dog chooses not to get along with the other animals (and the kids) and has to stay outside.

What would we do without our pets?

So, Blinkzach, what would your choice of pets be?

We also have two turtles and a hermit crab.  They are my son's.  We are going to have to let the turtles go this summer at a pond near our house.  It is not wise to keep snapping turtles as pets.  The hermit crab my son got at the beach four years ago.  I cannot believe it is still living!!  Three years ago he got three more hermit crabs and they all died, and last summer he got three more hermit crabs and they all died.  Generally they are not very hearty pets and I have never figured out why my son always wants them. He has been bugging us to get a rabbit and a bird, but I don't see that happening.  He also has been asking for another dog since Sunny died.

Dogs are great pets! Kittens are cute but they grow into cats. Cats and I misunderstand each other, so I stick with dogs. Max, a Schaunzer died last year, Smiley a golden ret. mix (pound puppy) is almost 10 and Gracie (the picture is almost 2, another pound puppy).

My dad's dog sucked - on icecubes. He never bit them, just played with them in his mouth until they melted.

    Re: PEOPLE & PETS

trav - my husband is like you with cats, but the cat we have now hasn't figured out how he feels about cats and every chance the cat gets he curls up on my husband's lap and goes to sleep!  He is slowly winning my husband over!

Dr. Z - we had a dog that used to like ice cubes, but I think she finally did eat them when they got smaller.  She was hit by a car four or five years ago.  My FIL felt so bad for us losing our dog that he went out and got us another dog (not because we asked!!)  She is the one that has to stay outside now.  I can understand the dog's intolerance of kids because she came from a home that had four kids under the age of five.  Now the cat is the one that chases the ice cubes, none of the other dogs were every interested in them.
