Well, if that person can trade AXO and make money, then you can trade AXO and make money (as long as you are on the right side of it, and since you can't short anything under $3 we know which side thta would be). So, what's the problem.
When I read about or find out about a stock or company I am interested in, I always check the symbol to see if it is traded on WSS, some are and some aren't.
HOWEVER, I just tried to buy some AXO and was told that it was not a valid stock symbol. So I kind of think something is fishy, too! Since the value of the stock is $0.40 per share, it is above the $0.25 limit, so that is not the problem. How can one person buy it and not another?
