I have just taken another look at the email from WSS containing gift certificates .They were for the OCT. - DEC.  contest ,I still have not recieved the 100 dollars from SEPT. Also nothing for the top ten spot in the loyalty contest ,does that mean I keep all my points or what?  May have to keep after them to find out what hapened to September winnings .For the two gift certificates that worked I thank WSS, shows they are trying to get our payouts cleared up.

 How are the players notified and when are the prizes awarded?

You are suppose to get an e-mail but I didn't even know that I had won a prize until I looked at the winners list and saw my name and contacted support and they sent over the form through e-mail of how I'm suppose to claim it. I still have not received my prize but I have been in contact and they said it should be coming soon.

Seems like most of the problems occured in September.  Congratulations!
