not break tie the record and hope Phillies lose and keep losing (and the Marlins too)  Tomorrow will be the record.  Im glad they are playingthe Reds this weekend to get back on this roll before they head home to spank the Phillies.  I said to my wife who just started watching the Mets this season that they ae looking more and more lioke the 06 team.  Im finally starting to feel okay when they get behind in a game.  Earlier in the year theyd go down 2 runs or so and I knew the game was over.

To tell you the truth, I hope you pass the Phillies and get a big 10 game lead again........and we all know what happens when you have the division locked up in September......Ugg...Ugg....C..H..O..K..E.....Oops....I promised my Met fan pals I wouldn't say choke anymore...LOL!!!!

Unfortunately thats exactly what they di though.  It stung me s a Met fan all winter.  And I think the team felt it into July.  I think they are finally over it and are going t play like the team they were in 06.  The series starting Tuesday against the Phillies is going to be real interesting if the Mets can stay within one game of the them.

No doubt that it is going to be a dog fight right down to the end of the season between the Phils and the Mets.....I think they'll both get into the playoffs. One as a wild card and the other a division winner.....

Now that they are tied its gonna be a great 3 game series.  One hopefully the Mets can win.

I have to tell you, I'm a little nervous going into this series. Your Mets are playing VERY well. The Pitching is lights out right now and as far as I'm concerned that is what wins games. It should be a great series though but don't hurt me too bad if you kick our butts...I get enough of that at work....

The Mets are trying to blow the game again..... If the dont make it to the playoffs its definately going to be their bullpen I hope they do something in the offseason...

Personally I think the whole East is a joke. It will come down to who doesn't want it the least..Then it will be Three and out in the Playoffs....Sorry..... Just a reality check for the Mets, Marlins and Phillies.....

Well we will see if Luis Ayala can help their bullpen.  They didnt need the bullpen today thanks to Mr Santana.... 2 game lead with like 6 weeks to play and the Mets go to Philly next week...Will be a good series
