    slimming down

       Exercising and  a proper diet will improve  health  and  keep body fat down .

    It does sound a lot easier than just those words.  If there was a stock

    that really did do the job, I would buy stock in it.

    There is something when you turn 50 that just turns off and doesn't want to turn back on.

    BUT I am going to keep trying

    Research UDSG...total penny stock....but it's inline with health and slimming down...and hope it makes my pocket really really fat someday LOL *

    yeah, and it's true...the older you get, the harder it is to do the exercise part! LOL

    It sure is true.  The older you get, the harder it is to take off a few pounds.  I keep trying, but it is hard to stay on a diet more than a few days for me.

    You could try my latest.  I used it when I was younger and it worked.  Baby Food......I eat the cereal mixed with yogurt in the morning and use the oatmeal and deserts for snacks.  Lost 10 lbs so far doing this and it keeps you full.  No cravings or anything.

    What I have found to really work is eating slow and chewing your food till there's practically nothing left but liquid. I've always practically inhaled my food, and since I've started eating slower I've lost about 10 pounds, got 25 more to go, but at least it's a start.
