The new and improved WallStreetSurvivor, we listened to our players and redesigned the site! Now for you social networking traders, you have a Buddy list and a Forum. One for messaging, and one for public blogging, for even more ways to get trades and futures news. 

A few key points when using the new site:

• -Search for your fellow players in the 'Community' tab in 'buddy list'. You can also look on the leaderboard for new friends since everyone's contest portfolio is reset to $100 000. 
  
• -The new contest runs from May 1st to August 29th, 2008 More prizes weekly and overall.                  Grand Prize 1 of 2 trips.

• -Your profile can be far more customized to offer more personal information to other players. You are no longer just an avatar.

 Thank you WSS. I am impressed. I think it will take me a while to find my way around. It will be a great learning experience once I adapt to the new site.

I am upset that we were not told about registering before market close today to be eligible for the I-pod. The e-mails should have went out Tuesday night so the members could have made arrangements to register before Market close on Wed. I found the e-mail around 5 pm which put me out of the running.

Just logged on to our new site.

I haven't had a chance to look around much, but from first impressions, it looks great!

well I kinda like the old skin, myself. As far as how well it performs-  if  this setup performs beter than the old one; than im for it.. i suppose.

Rogo... it's pretty incredible what can be achieved with inhumane amounts of cafeine... and it's all worth it when we hear players appreciating all the hard work.

I think I will really like the new site after I have more time to play around with it.  First impression is great.

I like the new look, thank you WSS.  Ready for the new game to start!
