    I emailed to them as you said but nothing. What did you mean that they would call me? And why? Why couldn't they just emailed me back?

    regarding your 3rd place finish in loyalty points, send them an email from your email account, I got a call saying they had indeed made a mistake and that you and I and others not listed DID win

    Oh really? Let me know when/if you get an iPod. I sent them a mean email, so maybe they are mad at me LOL

    I hope you guys are able to get your situations settled with WSS. It is worrisome that it is so hard to get a response and to have the truth come out.
