I also have 2 trades from yesterday thaat I have sent 2 support requests but they remain the same figures so I cant afford to cover my short sale for a profit and it results in a loss

WSS Admin corrected the same problem that I had yesterday.  Shoot an email to the tech email address sound under support.  They should correct it.

Not only you lose when the order wan't executed on time, you also miss the opportunity to do a reverse order. I placed a cover order on my short sell and it never got filled although the price was once at the order level. I can't place a buy on the same stock because I still have the short position. How does WSS adjust for these potential loss?

If the order is still pending perhaps you could try to cancel it and just take the loss on the commission fee. On you Buggery...I have the same problem on a stock so I don't know how to help you out there.

since when do you lose money on a trade that never went through? I dont think that is how the commission fee works.

i have lost money on purchasing stocks on many occasions .. when u buy it the stock is at a certain price but when u finally get it the price is a few cents off give or take since itt  takes 15 min  fot the trade to go through

i was talking about the commission fee for a trade that never went through and theres always limit order instead of always buying on market order that way you would cut the lost from the 15 min delay

Thanks for letting us know that Admin does its job.

It may be only a game, but it's a tough one at best, and downright disheartening when there are glitches ...

A glitch glitch here, and a glitch glitch there ... here a glitch, there a glitch...

BUT Admin is running around fixing them.  :-)

I put an order in for PMI, it came thru at 4.22, in a matter of seconds it jumped back to 2.11, the real price and my portfolio lost over 10,000.  Explain that one to me.  I emailed WSS but its still the same.  I'm really good at losing money on my own.  It took me a long time to rebuild my portfolio.  Now I have to start all over again.
