    By now everyone probably has pretty strong feelings about New Orleans and what should be done to preserve it, or not.

    What's your take?

    I think New Orleans will be ok, after watching this mornings news.  But they really need to make stronger levees.

    What I dont understand is why anyone would want to live there after Katrina...

    I agree with you dewdrink. The situation in New Orleans are going to get worse and worse. New Orleans keeps on sinking each year below sea level. Beside that, global warming and stronger hurricanes are on the rise causing further threats.

    They either should relocate all the people in New Orleans and change it to a tourist destination only, or turn their houses and apartments into boats and cruise ships!!!
