— The state-run Korea Development Bank may be interested in acquiring some or all of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., Reuters reported on Friday.

_ Shares of Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. fell in premarket trading Friday after the teen retailer issued a weak outlook that resulted in a series of investment downgrades.

— Ford Motor Co. will see some relief from its new product lineup, but it may not be enough to offset continued weakness in the auto market, an analyst said Friday as he cut his price target on the stock.
