As much as I disliked Carter I had to vote Bush the worse

i wish we could vote for 2... id say dubya then nixon. i actually have a lot of respect for carter... a friend of mine met him (he's an honorary professor at emory and occasionally joins classes) and said he was one of the most intelligent people he'd ever met. still quick on his feet, and still knows a whole lot about the middle east (though obviously has issues expressing it). i cant say much for his time in office; i was wasnt even born... so my view is skewed.

InnaD my biggest issue with him is the authorization of wiring taping and allowing the patriot act to even be created

it is so easy to criticize, a lot harder to get in the position where what you do actually matters...

Bush Jr. does have somewhat a slight disadvantage. Lots of people don't know about the other ones. He's also the current president with tons of problems making him more vulnerable. Of course I voted Bush Jr as the worst though ;)
