    Amazon.com, Skechers, Heelys

    — A Piper Jaffray analyst said Thursday that Amazon.com Inc. is still taking e-commerce market share and its third-quarter growth "appears intact."

    — Analysts on Thursday said they expect wheeled-shoe maker Heelys Inc. will reject sneaker-maker Skechers USA Inc.'s $142.8 million acquisition offer.

    — An analyst on Thursday said Diamond Foods Inc. may post softer sales growth, following its purchase of General Mills Inc.'s popcorn business for $190 million.

One reason for this is the high oil price. More and more people use e-commerce to buy their things, because they wouldn't use thier cars. So let's see how the profits will grow, if the oil price is deeper than 100$. Best regards.

Every time I participate in a fantasy stock portfolio game I put them in. I always remember that advice about investing in things you yourself use. I love Amazon, I always shop there, and love getting gift certificates to Amazon for my birthday!   (I'm such a geek, LOL!)

Skechers, Heelys, Crox - 3 companies that are going to have a tough time surviving

who doesn't have crox shoes? or the cheaper knock-offs?

my girlfriend has something like 15 of these - with enough colors to make a rainbow.
