WSS SUPPORT IS FULL OF S#@T...READ THIS EMAIL STRING

    Look WSS,

I need this resolved...5 of the stocks that are supposed to be added to portfolio report earnings this week. Every company in the sector has beat their estimates so far this quarter, with more to come, I need to know once and for all if you are going to HONOR our previous agreement, if not tell me now so I can place my orders, and not miss anymore of the gains they've been posting.

This is an integrity issue, or lack thereof.

I just want you all to know how patently unfair I feel I have been treated by you (with the exception of Mark Berger), this is very unprofessional, and wouldn't be tolerated in the real world. I would have handed you support guys a pink slip months ago. There are constant problems with trade execution, pricing, orders simply not filling, etc.

Let me ask you this...would this fly if real investment money was being managed by you...I seriously doubt it. Now get it together and give me an answer before the markets open tomorrow, so I can place the orders that should have executed over a week ago

Mark, would you please let me know what disconnect is with this issue, I just don't get it.

Thank you for your interest in Wall Street Survivor. We apologize for any difficulties you have encountered using our site.

I have placed the trades you wanted, your trades didn't go through because our system and because you ordered a price too low and the stock never got to that price, so what I did is gave you the lowest price available since May 1st.

Let me know if this works for you and you have any more issues.

This is bullshit, I cancelled those orders on THE 1ST, AND THEN ATTEMPTED TO PLACE MARKET ORDERS FOR THE NEXT MARKET OPOE PRICES 5/2 FRIDAY. IF YOU READ THE THE EMAIL STRING YOU WILL CLEARLY SEE THE COMMUNICATION BEWTEN MARK BERGER AND I.
HOW DARE YOU TRY TO RENEG ON MY AGREEMENT WITH MARK BERGER AFTER 2 WEEKS OF REASSURANCES THAT THIS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF.

YOUR SYSTEM MADE THE MISTAKES THAT HAVE COST ME ALOT OF RANK  IN THIS GAME TO DATE. I AM ONE OF THE TOP PORTFOLIO HOLDERS ONCE YOU DO WHAT MARK BERGER SAID YOU ARE TO DO.

    QUIT YOUR BULLSHIT SUPPORT.
     AND HONOR YOUR WORD, MARK.

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, AND REFLECTS BADLY ON THE COMPANIES THAT CHOSEN TO ADVERTISE ON YOUR SITE.

Sorry for the big delay, I checked your account, I see that all the trades you made were cancelled by you except one, we can't really place the trades for you because it wasn't caused by the system.

I'm surprised that you can't execute trades, I've never had any problems. As for the customer support... well, sometimes you get good service, sometimes not... C'est la vie.

The game is free, you paid nothing to be here, they do a good job and even tho I have had a few issues myself they still have a pretty kewl site to play on, hell you get to learn for free, play for free, chat on the boards with people for free, and somewhere you may find something you never knew...I have learned so much since I came here i'm getting more confident about investing larger amounts of my own money...ok maybe not right now in this wacked out economy....but I am learning, and hell who knows maybe I'll pick the right stock, like I should have last night that would have made me a bundle and maybe been the best trader for the day or week

Re: WSS SUPPORT IS FULL OF S#@T...READ THIS EMAIL STRING

i never had a problem with them and when i did they corrected it in a timely manner without me having to ask them to do so, they missed some things but whos counting anyways? the word "rank" and "top" come up a lot in your emails as oppose to the actual problem at hand of your orders going through when you wanted them to. if this is the case then what makes wss not give everyone reasonable prices in which they thought they should have been given?

this is a game, not real life, you cannot compare service in a game to real life. the game has delays, real life doesnt. the game has a couple of people working on this and dont get paid as handsomely as actual brokers do, real life has millions of people working for that company with equipment im pretty sure wss does not have access to. this game has prizes that you can win for FREE, the real life doesnt, how do you react when you actually lose money? give these people a break, im sure not everyone would complain as hard if there were no prizes to begin with. not to mention would you still be here if you didnt get what you wanted and werent top 10?

hopefully all issues have been resolved and no further ones like this will rise again in the near future, because seriously... i want my time back from reading this. not everyone is inclined to put people on blast as you so did with this post, nor do many people feel it necessary to have to do so on one's very own site. its called being considerate, what would you do/feel if you were in their shoes and someone aggressively bashed you to death for a service you provided them for free?!

oh ya.. ima email wss cuz they owe me .10c a share on one stock and $1.00 a share on another.

You're right, the customer service on here isn't the best. I've had some trouble with them in the past too. However, you're playing on here for free. The prizes are free. If you don't like it here, you can go somewhere else where you pay to win prizes.

On a side note, if you're picks were so great, why not buy them in real life? Forget playing for prizes, play for cash!

i do hold most of these stocks in a scottrade account, this play acount is just a mirror of my "real money" portfolio on this site.

Maybe you ought to think of this game as real cash, maybe you'll do more research and learn to invest, not chase stocks

I futher submit...I am very competitive, that's the world we live in.

Oh mighty sage of stockly wisdom, dazzle me with some of your wonderous understanding and insight into all things Wall Street Survivor.

    Action gets results

If you're going to put on a contest, offer cash and prizes, get paid by sponsors, bring in revenue through advertising, it better be a fair game to all players.

     You'll get burned out...if you're not already

Ok thats all good but when you come here and bash the people that run the site that is FREE and the majority of us here do like what we have wether we use it as fun or real life practice, people have a tendancy to get a little upset..as you posted in another thread they fixed your problem which is great but have a little more patience =)

They did a new site for this contest, the last platform they had was great no problems you just happened to join the day of the new contest which was a new platform =P
