The purple beverage company was (I was told 3 months ago) supposed to have exploded..since they were to aquire pepsi's old CEO..."buy it under $3.00 while you can!!" sounded the excited alarm ( 3 months ago).

Does anybody have an idea what happened?? 

i don't know i am still waiting for it to happen. i can't find any news on it good or bad. i hope someone can find something.you can check this out to see if there is any useful info.

 Redbull guy?, In the article it named the "founder and CEO???" i thought it was the guy from Pepsi?!I must have been missinformed or maybe they were talking about a different position. well at any rate thanks for the article i wll post the one i was talking about if i can find it.

They are continuing to build their distribution system and get the product into more and more markets.  I was surprised this past weekend to find the product prominently displayed in a local grocery store.  I asked the floor manager to see how long they have carried it and if it was selling OK.  He told me they have had it for a couple of weeks now and said the college kids seem to be buying them out when they get it in.  They recently doubled their stocking order for it, stupid me, I didn't ask for how much product.   I plan on stopping in at a couple of GNC's to see how it is faring, just haven't made it there yet.  ......and No, I didn't buy it and try it .......I'm not a fruit juice kind of guy.
