Dog must have felt that everything was fine or it would have been upset with the wind and noise. If the dog is fine, then in my opinion, the world is fine and dandy.
The same goes for my cats ... if they aren't nervous. then I'm fine, too.
I think that animals will sense a problem before we do. So, if I'm feeling a bit unsure, I look at my cats ... if they are relaxed, ears not perked (which even when they are sleeping they can be if they are nervous), then I make myself relax ... at least a little. <VBG>
